LAS COMPETENCIAS TECNOLOGICAS  EN  LA FORMACION DEL DOCENTE UNIVERSITARIO

Resumen

El concepto de  competencia que han expuesto los diferentes estudiosos entre ellos comunicadores, psicólogos, sociólogos, educadores etc. Se ha extendido por la inclusión tecnológica en las diferentes áreas del conocimiento.  Y es así como hoy se denominan competencias tecnológicas, no podemos mirar al docente desde las competencias básicas y genéricas que en materia de formación obtuvo y en el ámbito de experiencia perfeccionó.  La economía globalizada en la sociedad de información, la aparición de la red de Internet y  los flujos de información a través de redes telemáticas crecen y comienzan a impactar otras esferas de la sociedad relacionada con las comunicaciones, la cultura y la educación, es aquí donde se empieza a  tratar dentro de la formación docentes el tema de competencias tecnológicas.

Considerando así, que lograr la integración de las Tecnologías de la Información y la comunicación en el aula dependerá de la capacidad del docente para estructurar el currículo, el ambiente de aprendizaje y fomentar clase dinámicas, que le permita  innovar sus prácticas pedagógicas. Lo que implica la revisión del proceso de formación docente que poseen las universidades en materias tecnológicas y esta se convierta en el eje transversal de las otras competencias que  le permita al docente el desarrollo de habilidades para organizar microcurriculum

Abstract

The concept of competition that has been exposed by different experts between them communicators, psychologists, sociologists, educators etc. It has spread over the technological in  the different areas of the knowledge. As well for today they are named technological competitions. It isn´t possible to look at the teacher from the basic and generic competitions as for formation obtaining and in the area of experience perfectionist.

The economy included in the company of the information.

the existence of the Internet network and the development of information across telematics networks grow and begin to impress other spheres of the company related to the communications, the culture and the education, it is here where it is started speaking inside the formation, teachers of technological competitions.

Considering this way, that to achieve the integration of the Technologies of the Information and the communication in the classroom will depend on the capacity of the teachers to structure the plan of study, the environment of learning and to promote class dynamics, which it allows him to introduce his pedagogic practices. What implies the review of the process of educational formation that the universities possess, in technological matters and this one turns into the changeable axes of other competitions that allows the development of skills to the teacher to organize a plan of study.
